I'm fascinated by people. What makes us tick, what we don't say out loud, how we find each other in the mess of it all. That curiosity is where most of my best ideas come from, the unspoken thing, the relatable truth hiding sometimes in plain sight.
Over the years, I've pitched big ideas, helped win new business, and led teams I'm genuinely proud of. I care deeply about the work. I care just as much about the people making it.
